BJP calls Karnataka CM Shivakumar Rahul Gandhi's caged bird

Mr. Shivakumar is the leader in charge of a big part of India called Karnataka.
His team, called the Cabinet, has many helpers known as ministers.
Recently, 19 new ministers joined his team, but they have not been given their special jobs yet.
Another political group called the BJP said Mr. Shivakumar cannot make his own choices.
They posted a message online saying he is a "remote-controlled" leader.
They also drew a funny picture of Mr. Shivakumar sitting inside a birdcage.
In the picture, another leader named Rahul Gandhi is holding the cage.
The BJP wanted to say that someone else is telling Mr. Shivakumar what to do.
The BJP took a swipe at Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar over the alleged delay in allocating portfolios to 19 newly inducted ministers.
BJP depicted Shivakumar as a "remote-controlled Chief Minister" allegedly struggling to take decisions independently, in a post on X.
The party shared a cartoon showing Shivakumar inside a cage being held by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
Shivakumar expanded his Cabinet on August 3, two months after taking oath as Chief Minister on June 3.
Portfolios are yet to be allotted to the 19 new ministers, keeping the Cabinet expansion incomplete; the state can have a maximum of 34 ministers including the CM.
