Karnataka CM Shivakumar defends Nagendra, accuses BJP of constitutional crisis
Karnataka is a state in India, and its leader is called the Chief Minister.
His name is D.K. Shivakumar.
Some people said one of his ministers, B. Nagendra, has legal problems and should not be a minister.
Mr. Shivakumar said many leaders in India have had cases or needed bail, so he does not think this is a big problem.
