Telangana Plans Rs 802.92-Crore Package to Counter El Niño

The Telangana government made a plan to help farmers because the weather is not giving enough rain.

They want to spend about 803 crore rupees to give farmers money for special water systems, new seeds, and insurance.

They also want to change the loans farmers have and give new ones for different crops.

Many districts are getting less rain, especially for rice.
