Arnya Launches ₹750-Crore Fund for Southern Housing Projects
Arnya has created a large fund to help build homes in three Indian cities.

The Arnya Real Estate Fund III – Preferred Capital fund will invest across residential projects in Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
It plans investments of ₹75 crore to ₹200 crore in approximately eight to 10 projects.
Using preferred equity, the fund will give investors priority for capital and returns before distributions to the developer.
Arnya said it manages about ₹3,000 crore and has worked with Casagrand on more than 20 projects over 15 years.
