Arnya has created a large fund to help build homes in three Indian cities.

The fund is worth ₹750 crore.

It will invest in about eight to 10 housing projects.

Each project may receive between ₹75 crore and ₹200 crore.

Investors will get their money and returns before the developer receives leftover distributions.

The fund is being created with Casagrand Premier Builder.

It is registered with India’s securities regulator, SEBI.

Arnya says the fund gives experienced investors a way to invest in residential development.
