Nara Lokesh, the IT and HRD minister of Andhra Pradesh, met with leaders from Meta, Scale AI, JERA, Zerodha, Brookfield Asset Management, and Accenture at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

He proposed various initiatives to attract investments in AI, digital infrastructure, and clean energy in Andhra Pradesh.

These include setting up an AI Centre of Excellence, AI Safety Lab, and a Centre of Excellence for Reality Labs in Visakhapatnam.

He also sought support for AI literacy, talent development, and WhatsApp-based digital governance.

Additionally, he discussed green ammonia production, solar-wind hybrid projects, and battery storage facilities.

Lokesh invited Accenture to establish a Global Delivery Centre in Visakhapatnam, focusing on artificial intelligence, cloud services, and digital operations.

He also proposed Accenture's partnership in the Amaravati Quantum Valley and linking Accenture’s Innovation Lab with the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub.

All companies agreed to consider the proposals internally.
