The Punjab State Red Cross sent trucks filled with important supplies.

Governor Gulab Chand Kataria started the journey from Chandigarh.

The supplies are worth about Rs 38 lakh.

A Punjab team will travel with the trucks to the Nepalgunj border.

There, Red Cross organizations will receive the materials and distribute them.

Punjab had already sent two trucks of relief supplies earlier.

The floods in Nepal killed more than 1,400 people and left over 6,100 missing.
