Final Polling Lists Released for 59 Andhra Pradesh Urban Bodies

Andhra Pradesh is preparing to hold elections in 59 urban local bodies.

These include 58 municipalities or nagar panchayats and one municipal corporation.

The State Election Commission has now released the final lists of polling stations.

A polling station is the place where people go to vote.

Earlier, officials published draft lists for review.

Political parties and members of the public were allowed to give suggestions or raise objections.

Officials considered this feedback before making the lists final.

The final lists were published across all 59 urban local bodies on September 13.
