Uttar Pradesh Claims India’s Youngest State Bus Fleet

The state approved ₹3,000 crore for electric buses and ₹400 crore for 250 additional electric buses.

Twenty-three bus terminals are being upgraded, while new terminals and depots are planned with investments exceeding ₹4,000 crore.
More than 14,000 corporation buses will offer free travel to elderly women, with buses equipped with GPS, panic buttons, and online tracking.
