A big technology company called Cognizant has hired 489 new workers who just finished business school in India.

These new workers come from 58 different schools in 37 cities.

Cognizant made a special program called the Talent Accelerator to welcome them.

The program lasts for two weeks.

During those two weeks, the new workers learn about the company and its values.

They also get training in sales, marketing, and other important skills.

The training happens in four cities at once: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune.

Many of the new workers studied subjects that are not science or math, like psychology and design.

More than four out of ten of the new workers are women.

Cognizant wants these workers to help turn smart computer programs, called AI, into real business results.
