AITUC Demands Welfare Board and Benefits for Auto Drivers
Auto drivers in Kurnool held a protest on Monday.

The Andhra Pradesh Auto Motor Transport Workers Union held a dharna outside the Kurnool Collectorate on Monday.
AITUC leaders demanded a dedicated welfare board providing ESI, Provident Fund, accident compensation and other benefits.
The union called for repeal of GOs 21 and 31, citing the burden of high traffic challans.
Leaders sought Rs 15,000 annual assistance, interest-free auto loans, education support and housing aid.
They also demanded Rs 10,000 monthly relief for drivers affected by Sri Shakti services, along with lower fuel prices and insurance premiums.
