Shahibaug underpass to close for bullet train work
The Shahibaug three-way underpass in Ahmedabad will be closed for five days, starting from 8 pm on January 23 until January 28.
This closure is to allow construction work for the bullet train.
The workers will be putting up horizontal segments on the pillars and doing some piloting work between the Sabarmati and Vatva sections.
The underpass was originally supposed to close from January 5 to 12, but that plan was canceled because the work was delayed.
The traffic police have issued a new notice about the traffic diversions during this time.
