Joint Collector directs speedy grievance redressal at Atmakur office

A government officer named C Vishnu Charan visited a government office in Atmakur to see how well they help people with their problems.

He is called the Joint Collector, which is a senior official in the district.

He met with the office staff and looked at many files and papers.

He told them that complaints and requests from people should be solved quickly.

He asked them not to let the work pile up or get delayed.

Other officials, like the Revenue Divisional Officer, joined him in the review.

Earlier that day, he also went to a small village called P Yaleru.

In that village, workers are measuring the land all over again, which is called a re-survey.

He checked the work happening in the fields and told them to finish it on schedule.

His goal is to make sure people get their problems solved without waiting too long.
