23-Year-Old Arrested With 3,000 Quarters Of Illicit Liquor
Police in Delhi arrested a 23-year-old driver named Saurabh Gupta.
They say he was carrying illegal liquor from Sonipat into Delhi.
Officers stopped his Hyundai i10 Grand near Tilak Nagar.
They found 60 cartons containing 3,000 small liquor bottles.
Police allege Gupta had made similar trips for about two months.
They say he delivered the liquor to several parts of Delhi.
Gupta allegedly told police that a supplier named Rohan arranged the deliveries through another man named Mubarik.
Police are still trying to find Rohan and identify other people involved.

A case was registered under the Delhi Excise Act, while investigators seek alleged supplier Rohan and others involved.
