India tops overall medal tally to lift Wilkinson Sword Trophy
Fencing is a sport where two athletes fight each other with swords.

Fencing Association of India secretary general Rajeev Mehta called the maiden overall title a testament to the talent, discipline and hard work within Indian fencing.
