Training Supports Bengaluru LGBTQIA Community Entrepreneurship Goals
CBM India Trust held a three-day training programme in Bengaluru.
It was organized under a project called Project Sparsh.
The programme was for people from the LGBTQIA+ community.
Forty-six people took part.
They learned about leading others and planning a business.
They also learned about money management and social protection.
Some participants will receive seed funding.
This money can help them start or grow a business.
CBM India Trust concluded a three-day livelihood and entrepreneurship programme in Bengaluru.
The training was held from August 25 to 27 under Project Sparsh.
Forty-six LGBTQIA+ community members participated in the programme.
Sessions covered leadership, business planning, entrepreneurship, financial management and social protection.
Selected participants will receive seed funding to start or expand businesses.
