Lodha Urges Industries to Create Youth Jobs Ahead of Fair
Maharashtra has many young people looking for jobs.
At the same time, companies have jobs that need to be filled.
Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha said helping young people find work is everyone’s responsibility.
He said some young people do not get hired because they lack skills or confidence in interviews.
Companies were asked to tell the government which jobs are available.
The government can then help train people for those jobs.
