Pankaj Chaudhary urges youth to create jobs, not seek them

Some very important leaders got together in New Delhi to talk about helping young people.

One of the leaders, Mr. Pankaj Chaudhary, told the youth not to just look for jobs.

He said they should aim to grow big enough to create jobs for other people.

The leaders talked about helping the Kapu community become stronger and work together.

They made a plan called Samakhya–2026 to help young people learn skills and start their own businesses.

The plan will also help young business owners get money and banking support.

Another leader said the government cannot give jobs to everyone, so businesses must grow too.

The leaders said this big plan will start across the country in October 2026.
