Five Arrested After Knife Attack, ₹6 Lakh Robbery in Bhopal
Police in Bhopal arrested five men after a robbery at Manuabhan Tekri.
The incident happened on Saturday evening.
A man named Harsh Sharma was sitting with a female friend behind a restaurant.
Police said some youths came over and tried to take Sharma’s phone.
When he resisted, one person allegedly hurt him in the chest with a knife.
The group allegedly took the phone, jewellery and cash before leaving.
Police used CCTV cameras and six teams to find the suspects.
The recovered items were valued at ₹6 lakh, and police also found the knife allegedly used in the crime.
Koh-e-Fiza police arrested five men within 48 hours of an armed robbery at Manuabhan Tekri.
The incident occurred on Saturday evening when a man and his female friend visited the tourist spot.
Police said Harsh Sharma resisted an alleged phone-snatching attempt and was attacked in the chest with a knife.
The suspects allegedly fled with a phone, gold chain, pendant, gold earrings and cash.
Police recovered the phone, gold jewellery and the knife, with recovered valuables totaling ₹6 lakh.
