IMD Issues Yellow Alert Across Telangana Ahead of Monday

Weather officials have warned that parts of Telangana may have storms on Monday.

Hyderabad and nearby districts are included in the warning.

Some places could receive strong winds moving at 30-40 km/h.

Rain is also expected in many parts of the state.

The Telangana Development Planning Society said some districts may get moderate rain on Tuesday.

Nizamabad’s Saloora had the most rain on Sunday, measuring 53.8 millimetres.

Hyderabad received light rain in several areas on Sunday.

Tuesday alert: The IMD forecast thunderstorms and 30-40 km/h gusty winds in several districts, including Adilabad, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Khammam, Warangal and Hanumakonda.
