NIT Warangal Launches First Sustainable Electronics Conference 2026
NIT Warangal and IIT Guwahati started a new conference called ICSEIS-2026.
It is about making electronics that are good for the planet and using smart sensors.
About 250 people from many countries came to talk and share ideas.
The conference has talks, paper presentations, panels, and workshops.
The papers will be published by Springer, and the event hopes to help scientists and companies work together worldwide.
NIT Warangal and IIT Guwahati inaugurated ICSEIS-2026, a three‑day conference on sustainable electronics and intelligent sensing.
The event, sponsored by DRDO, CSIR and the E‑ICT Academy, attracted about 250 researchers, academicians, scientists and industry experts from India and abroad.
Prof. Bidyadhar Subudhi chaired the opening session, with Nanda K. Lakkaraju of Carrier Technologies India Ltd. as chief guest and Prof. Kamesh Namuduri of the University of North Texas as guest of honour.
The conference will feature keynote lectures, technical paper presentations, panel discussions and specialised workshops, with accepted papers slated for publication in Springer Conference Proceedings.
Organisers aim to foster global knowledge exchange, strengthen international research collaborations and promote sustainable technological solutions.
