The people who make laws for India meet in a special building called Parliament.

Lately, the meetings have not been going well.

Some members of Parliament, called the opposition, are upset.

They want the Home Minister, Mr. Amit Shah, to talk about why police were tough with students who were protesting.

The students were upset because an important exam called NEET had a paper leak.

The opposition also wants to talk about donations that may have been stolen from a famous temple in Ayodhya.

Because they are upset, the opposition members shout slogans and stop the House from working.

This has happened for 16 days in a row.

The Speaker of the House, Mr. Om Birla, asked everyone to let the House work so important bills can be discussed.

Even though nine bills were passed, only two got a proper debate.
