Noida Ranks Eighth Nationally in Swachh Vayu Survey

Noida was ranked eighth in a national clean-air survey for 2026.

The ranking was for cities with populations between 300,000 and 1 million people.

Noida moved up one place compared with last year.

The survey checks how cities improve air quality.

It also looks at road dust, waste management, green spaces and public participation.

Noida used machines to sweep roads and sprayed water in dusty areas.

Anti-smog guns were also used where pollution levels were high.

The authority said residents and civic officials helped achieve the improvement.
