Astrotalk is a company where people go online to talk to astrologers and buy special items like gemstones.

It just reached a very big milestone: the company is now worth at least one billion dollars.

Companies that reach this value are called 'unicorns,' and Astrotalk is the 133rd one from India.

Most unicorns get that big by taking lots of money from investors, but Astrotalk did it differently.

It used money it earned from its own business to buy back shares from its employees, which is called an ESOP buyback.

More than 100 employees took part in the program.

Astrotalk says it has helped more than 40 million users in India and four other countries.

Its revenue almost doubled last year and its profit grew a lot too.

Now the company wants to open its first real store near Delhi and start selling online to Indians living in the United States.
