Nepal Flash Flood Death Toll Reported at 675, Thousands Missing
Flash floods hit central Nepal on Wednesday.
They damaged homes, roads, bridges and hydropower facilities.
Nepal’s disaster authority gave different figures in the reports: one said 675 people had died, while several others said 626.
The reports also differed on how many people were missing, giving figures of nearly 2,400 or nearly 2,000.
