A Nobel Prize winner named Michael Kremer visited Andhra Pradesh's Education Minister to talk about the state's new education programs.

They discussed how students in government schools are learning faster using special computer programs.

One program, called PAL, helps kids learn at their own pace and has significantly improved learning, especially for younger students.

The program started in a few schools but has now expanded to many, helping a large number of students.

Other states, like Gujarat, are also looking at using these programs because they've been so successful in Andhra Pradesh.
