ED Challenges MUDA B Report Before Karnataka High Court
MUDA case: ED challenges ‘B report’ before HC · thehansindia.com

The Enforcement Directorate, or ED, has asked the Karnataka High Court to examine a report in the MUDA case.

The report said there was not enough evidence to continue the case.

The ED believes the investigation missed important facts.

It also says possible problems in changing the status of land were not properly checked.

A court had already accepted the report.

Activist Snehamayi Krishna is separately asking for that decision to be cancelled.

The dispute involves 14 plots given to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s wife, B.M. Parvathi.

The High Court will hear the matter again on September 2.
