Kredily Launches KAI, Agentic AI for Payroll and HR

Kredily is an Indian company that makes software which helps businesses pay their workers and manage their employees.

It has just launched a new version of this software, called Kredily 3.0.

Inside it is a smart helper called KAI, which works like a robot assistant.

You can type a simple instruction in everyday language, such as 'run payroll for this month,' and KAI will do the job.

It can also check attendance, approve leave requests, and create reports.

KAI only does things it is allowed to do, and people can review and approve big actions first.

Kredily also started a new service where its own team runs payroll for companies that prefer to hand it over.

Today, Kredily helps more than 25,000 businesses and over one million workers across India.

To celebrate India's Independence Day, Kredily is giving small businesses and startups one year of free access to its Bharat Payroll OS plan.

In the end, the goal is to let people spend less time operating software and more time making important decisions.
