The hotel in Madina was ordered to stop operating immediately in the interest of public health.
Nine enforcement teams inspected 19 cafes and snack points across the Core Urban Region and collected 15 food samples.
Dreamz Cafeteria and Asiatic Cafe were shut for operating without valid FSSAI licences or registrations.
Officials issued improvement or show-cause notices to multiple establishments and said follow-up inspections would determine further action.
