Friend Launches Forest Search for Nepal Flood Survivor

Jagarnath Mishra is searching for his friend Narendra Nepali in a forest in Nepal.

Nepali and three other people were caught in severe floods.

Nepali called Mishra for only about two seconds.

He said they were safe but that their hands and feet were badly hurt.

He also said he could not leave the other three people behind.

The phone stopped working when its battery ran out.

Mishra took food and drinks and entered the forest to look for them.

He said the government was also helping and that a helicopter might bring rescuers closer to the group.
