This story is about a 75-year-old grandmother who is very strong and independent.

She lives all by herself and does all of her own chores, like cleaning and cooking.

She wakes up very early, at 4 o'clock in the morning, to start her day.

Ten years ago, her husband passed away, and she felt very lonely.

Instead of letting sadness take over, she started doing yoga.

She learned the poses by watching them on television and trying them at home.

Now she practices yoga twice every day and also goes for walks.

She likes to read and study new things every day.

She says keeping her hands busy keeps her mind peaceful.

Her granddaughter shared her story in a video to inspire other people.
