India bought more palm oil from other countries in August than it did in July.

Palm oil imports increased by 7%.

India also bought 26% more soyoil.

Soyoil imports reached 628,736 tonnes.

However, sunflower oil imports dropped by 36%.

India imported 160,639 tonnes of sunflower oil.

The Solvent Extractors’ Association of India shared these figures.
