Francis deSouza Named Scale AI CEO; Wang Reacts

Francis deSouza, who used to run Google Cloud, has been chosen to lead a company called Scale AI.

Alexandr Wang, the boss of Meta’s AI team, said he’s happy to have Francis on board.

Wang told people that he started Scale when he was 19 and that it now helps big companies and the U.S. government with AI.

He also thanked the previous interim CEO, J.D. Roege, for his work.

Everyone is excited to see what Francis will do next.
