The unveiling comes months after Operation Sindoor, during which India relied on ISRO's Cartosat and RISAT constellations and commercial imagery from US-based Maxar Technologies.
Digantara aims to deploy sensors globally to help India monitor satellites, debris, and potential threats across orbital regions from Low Earth Orbit to Geostationary Orbit.
