Collector Inspects Natural Farming Fields and Dairy Unit

District Collector P Raja Babu visited several farms on Friday.

He looked at natural farming, dairy production, and new ways to grow rice.

One dairy owner said the unit cost about ₹40 lakh to establish.

The unit produces about 150 litres of milk each day.

Another farmer was growing several crops together on a 2.50-acre farm.

The farm used rice bran and organic manure instead of chemical methods.

The Collector asked officials to address local problems.

He said the district would encourage natural farming and try to make barren land greener.
