Apollo Hospitals Nellore Expands Planned Care To Sundays
Apollo Hospitals in Nellore has started a new healthcare program.
The program is called “Always Open.
Always Here.”
It means some planned medical services will also be available on Sundays.
These services include doctor visits, tests, health check-ups, follow-up appointments, and scheduled procedures.
The hospital already provides emergency and inpatient care all day and night.
The new Sunday services are meant to help people get care sooner.
Hospital leaders said patients will not have to wait for a weekday appointment.
The initiative was connected to findings about more than 2.5 million lifestyle disease cases in Apollo’s healthcare network.
Apollo Hospitals Nellore launched its “Always Open. Always Here.” initiative on Tuesday.
Outpatient consultations, diagnostics, health check-ups, follow-up visits, and scheduled procedures are now available on Sundays.
The hospital’s existing 24x7 emergency and inpatient services continue unchanged.
The initiative aims to provide timely care without requiring patients to wait for weekdays.
Apollo’s “Health of the Nation 2026” report identified more than 2.5 million lifestyle disease cases across its ecosystem.
