BJP MLA Proposes Five-Point Jobs and Skills Mission
A politician from Uttar Pradesh named Rajeshwar Singh wrote a letter to the Chief Minister and the central government.

He proposed holding skill and job fairs every month for at least six months, with walk-in interviews and possibly on-the-spot selections.
Singh advocated a 'train before you reject' approach, urging employers to mentor young people instead of mechanically rejecting them for current skill gaps.
He called on CEOs and promoters to personally review fresher recruitment and apprenticeship programmes and make youth training and talent creation a boardroom KPI.
The former Enforcement Directorate official also proposed regular government-industry-academia roundtables to forecast manpower and skill requirements for 3-5 years ahead.
