NFRA Lists 948 Audit Firms Missing FY25 Returns

The National Financial Reporting Authority checks whether audit firms submit important yearly information.

It said 948 firms had not yet filed their FY25 NFRA-2 returns.

These returns explain which companies firms audited and provide other information about fees, staff and quality controls.

The original deadline was November 30, 2025.

NFRA is still allowing firms extra time to file.

The number of firms on the list can fall when they submit their returns.

NFRA also found 41 firms whose returns were incomplete.

The latest list mostly involves smaller and mid-sized firms, not the domestic affiliates of the Big Four.
