BJP demands fair compensation for Rajiv Rahadari expansion victims

A big road in the city of Hyderabad is being made wider so more cars can travel on it.

Some people who live and work near the road have to give up their homes, land, and shops.

The government is supposed to give them money for what they lose.

Many people think the money is not enough.

A leader named N Ramchander Rao, who works for the BJP party, went to support them at a protest.

He said people are happy about the road getting better, but they should be paid fairly.

He believes the payment should be based on what the property is really worth today.

He pointed out that people in another place called Thumkunta were already promised more money.

He wants the same treatment, or better, for families in Karkhana because it is an expensive part of the city.

He asked the leaders in charge of the state to increase the money and make things fair.
