Booth-level officers in Adilabad district are behind schedule in serving notices and conducting hearings under the second phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
District collector Rajarshi Shah ordered officials to issue 900 notices daily in each mandal and report progress every day.
Adilabad Urban mandal still has 26,000 notices to deliver, while only 600 hearings have been conducted so far.
The SIR covers 2,50,393 electors and 85,525 notices in Adilabad, 2,83,299 electors and 68,195 notices in Mancherial, and 2,01,639 electors and 64,900 notices in Boath.
Officials must verify documents for 1987, 2002, and 2004, with the process scheduled for completion by November 5.
