Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Malaysia’s leader, Anwar Ibrahim, in New Delhi.

Their meeting happened during the 18th BRICS Summit.

Malaysia was invited to attend as a BRICS Partner Country.

The leaders talked about ways India and Malaysia can work together in areas such as trade, technology, energy and education.

Ibrahim is also scheduled to visit Keralam for more meetings.

Modi separately met Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali.

They discussed economic cooperation, security and training.

The meetings were intended to strengthen India’s relationships with Malaysia and Ethiopia.
