Allahabad High Court Orders KGMU Professor Reinstated After Termination Quashed
Dr Neetu Singh was an associate professor at King George’s Medical University.
The university had ended her employment after holding a departmental inquiry.
She challenged that decision in the Allahabad High Court.

It also said Dr Singh was not treated fairly during the process.
The court therefore cancelled the termination.
It ordered the university to give her back her job.
