Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

He thanked the Centre for approving two lakh rural homes for Telangana.

He also asked for more homes for families still waiting.

The state had requested homes for more than 11.5 lakh eligible rural families.

Reddy said the state has received less rain because of El Nino.

He also said farms are using more electricity.

Telangana is encouraging farmers to grow different crops to manage these problems.

The state is also paying a bonus to farmers who grow fine-quality paddy.
