IIT Hyderabad Director Appointed President of Metals Institute
Professor B. S. Murty, the head of IIT Hyderabad, is going to be the new boss of the Indian Institute of Metals, a group for people who work with metals.
He starts on August 1, 2025.
The current boss, Sajjan Jindal, gave him the job at a meeting in Kolkata.
