Hero MotoCorp eyes 45,000-unit monthly EV capacity by FY27-end

Hero MotoCorp is a big company in India that makes motorcycles and scooters.

It also makes electric vehicles, which run on batteries instead of petrol.

Right now, the company can make about 30,000 electric vehicles every month.

By the end of this financial year, it wants to make 45,000 every month.

That is three times more than what it could make in the last financial year, when it made only 15,000 a month.

The company is making more because people are buying them very quickly.

Its shops have almost no extra vehicles waiting to be sold.

Sales of its electric vehicles went up by 151% compared to the same time last year.

The company is also launching new electric scooters and planning electric motorcycles.

It believes the whole two-wheeler market in India will grow a lot this year.
