India’s Two-Wheeler Sales Continue Strong Growth Momentum in August

India’s two-wheeler market grew in August 2026.

Most major manufacturers sold more vehicles in India than they did in August 2025.

Hero MotoCorp sold the most among the companies mentioned, with 5,42,305 domestic units.

Honda also increased its sales to 5,17,329 units.

TVS Motor Company grew strongly, especially in electric two-wheelers.

TVS sold 59,453 electric two-wheelers, which was 137% more than a year earlier.

Royal Enfield and Suzuki Motorcycle India also reported higher sales.

Bajaj Auto recorded 2,01,898 domestic two-wheeler sales.

Suzuki spare-parts revenue
₹103.3 crore in August, up 21% from ₹85.56 crore a year earlier.
