BDA parks to stay open all weekend
The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has decided to keep all its parks open all day on weekends, starting from December 13.
This means that on Saturdays and Sundays, the parks will be open from 5 am to 8:30 pm without any afternoon break.
One park, Indira Gandhi (IG) Park, will be open all day every day.
The other parks will have their usual timings on weekdays.
The BDA manages 50 parks in Bhubaneswar, and about 35,000 people visit these parks every day.
The decision was made to give people more time to enjoy the parks and spend their weekends outdoors.
The BDA also asked visitors to keep the parks clean and follow the rules.
BDA parks in Bhubaneswar will remain open all day on weekends starting December 13.
Weekend timings for all parks will be from 5 am to 8:30 pm.

Weekday timings for other parks remain 5 am to 11:30 am and 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
