India’s National Investigation Agency is investigating seven foreigners.

One is American, and the other six are Ukrainian.

The agency says they were connected to armed groups based in Myanmar.

It says Matthew Van Dyke gave some of those groups training in drone warfare.

Van Dyke also met some of the other accused in Ukraine last year.

All seven were arrested in March this year.

They were accused of planning terrorist activities against India.

However, investigators say they have not yet found conclusive proof that the group was acting against India.
