Film Nagar and NTR Studios Proposed to Boost Amaravati
Dileep Raja wants Andhra Pradesh to have a special area for making movies.
He suggested building a Film Nagar in Amaravati.
He also proposed NTR Studios, named after actor and former Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao.
Raja discussed these ideas with film corporation chairman P. Bharat Bhushan.
He said better studios and filming facilities could help local artists and workers.
He suggested that some films made by producers from the state should be filmed in Andhra Pradesh.
Places such as Araku, Lambasingi, Bhavani Island and Suryalanka could attract filmmakers.
