Trump Towers Hyderabad: ₹2,000 crore, 65-storey luxury debut in Kokapet
Two building companies, Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty, announced plans to build a very fancy new home project in Hyderabad, a big city in India.
Most reports say they will build two very tall towers with 65 floors each, connected by a bridge in the sky, although one report talks about only one tower.
The buildings will be about 800 feet (242 metres) tall and will have about 450 homes for people to buy.
The project will be called Trump Towers because it uses the famous Trump brand name, and it will be the very first Trump-branded building project in southern India.
The builders plan to spend about 2,000 crore rupees on it, and most homes will cost between 5 and 10 crore rupees.
The bridge on the 28th floor will hold the Trump Club, a special club for residents with gardens and views of the city.
Some of the fanciest apartments at the top, called penthouses, have already been sold for big money — eight penthouses were sold for about 250 crore rupees, including one for 62 crore rupees.
The builders say the project will be finished in about four to five years.
A member of the Trump family is expected to visit Hyderabad to launch the project.
The builders also plan more Trump-branded projects in India, including in Bengaluru and Chennai.
Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty announced Trump Towers on Kokapet's Golden Mile Road in Hyderabad, an about ₹2,000 crore project and the first Trump-branded development in South India — the eighth announced in the country.
Most articles describe two 65-storey towers with around 450 residences linked by a suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor, while one article mentions a single 65-storey tower; the towers will rise about 800 feet (242 metres).
The project includes 3.5BHK and 4BHK homes, double-height simplex residences and 16 penthouses, with apartments priced ₹5 crore–₹10 crore (one report cites ₹6–10 crore for 3.5/4BHKs) and about 22 lakh sq ft of developable area.
Deals worth about ₹250 crore have been signed for eight of the 16 penthouses, including one sold for ₹62 crore (one report says ₹60 crore) to one of Hyderabad's richest families; another family bought two entire floors.
Completion is expected in about four to five years; a Trump family member is expected to visit for the launch in FY2026-27, and Tribeca plans four more Trump-branded projects in India, including Bengaluru and Chennai.

Founder of Tribeca Developers
“"We have left no stone unturned and spared no expense to bring the absolute best to this city. The two towers are joined in the sky, and the Trump Club sits on that bridge. It is far harder to build than two separate towers. That is exactly why we did it."”

“Of all the Trump Towers projects in India, Hyderabad’s is the largest and is almost at par with Chicago’s. We are targeting more Telugus in the USA and in Hyderabad to buy homes in our project.”
