PDP Leader Accuses PC of Threatening PDP MLC
Iltija Mufti is a leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
She said that leaders of another party, the People’s Conference (PC), were threatening her party’s former member, Yasir Reshi.
She claimed the PC leaders were using big government agencies like the ED, NIA, and CBI to scare people.
Mufti asked the Home Minister, Amit Shah, to step in.
Reshi said he has recordings of PC leaders talking about how to use these agencies to pressure him.
The fight shows how political groups in Jammu and Kashmir are not getting along and are trying to win elections by threatening each other instead of talking about real problems.
PDP leader Iltija Mufti accused People’s Conference leaders of threatening PDP MLC Yasir Reshi, claiming support from ED, NIA, and CBI.
Mufti demanded Union Home Minister Amit Shah intervene, warning PC leadership to back off or face consequences.
Reshi, a former PDP MLC who rejoined PDP last year, said he has recordings of PC leaders discussing pressure tactics with NIA, IB, and CBI.
Mufti alleged that PC leaders use central agencies to intimidate PDP members and divert attention from Kashmir issues like Article 370.
The dispute highlights intra‑regional political tensions between PDP and PC in Jammu and Kashmir.

Shri @AmitShah your name is being used to intimidate & browbeat people in our party. Please intervene if this isn’t being done at the behest of MHA.”
